NiramaTerms of service
Last updated: 20 August 2026 · These terms apply to apps published by Nirama Solutions AB ("we", "us") on the Atlassian Marketplace, including FastPoll — Polls, Votes & Surveys for Jira, FastPoker for Jira, FastGantt — Gantt Charts & Timelines for Jira and FastAudit — Custom Field Scanner for Jira (each an "App").
1. The agreement
By installing or using an App you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation whose Atlassian site the App is installed on. These terms complement — and do not replace — the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and your agreements with Atlassian, which govern the Marketplace itself, billing, and the hosting platform.
2. License
Subject to a valid subscription (or an applicable free tier), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App within your Atlassian site for your internal business purposes. You may not resell the App, attempt to extract its source beyond what the platform exposes, or use it to build a competing service.
3. Fees
Pricing, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Atlassian Marketplace under Atlassian's terms. Sites at or below Atlassian's free-tier threshold use the App free of charge.
4. Your data
App data is stored in your Atlassian tenant on Atlassian's Forge platform; we do not operate servers and cannot access your content. How data is handled is described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for the content your users create with the App.
5. Availability and changes
The App runs on Atlassian's platform, and its availability depends on Atlassian's services. We may improve or change App functionality over time, and may discontinue an App with reasonable notice through the Marketplace.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an App is limited to the fees you paid for that App in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, for free use, EUR 100).
8. Termination
These terms apply for as long as an App is installed on your site. Uninstalling the App ends the license. We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
