Five apps, one architecture

Each app does one job properly and stores what it needs inside your own tenant. Nothing is a wrapper around an external service.

Polls, Votes & Surveys

Decisions where the work happens: polls on issues, project pages and dashboards. Nine poll types, from a quick yes/no vote to backlog prioritization that writes the team's ranking back to your issues.

Gantt Charts & Timelines

A Gantt chart that edits the issues it draws. Drag a bar and the Jira dates move with it — with dependencies, critical path, baselines and a workload view, on plans of ten thousand tasks.

Risk Matrix & RAID Log

The risk matrix your steering meeting wants, built on the Jira issues you already have. Risks are ordinary issues, so "Risk score" >= 15 works in Jira's own search — no spreadsheet, no sync, no second database.

Custom Field Scanner

Find the custom fields nobody uses before you hit Jira's field limit. Every verdict shows its evidence, and cleanup only ever moves a field to Jira's trash — never deletes it.

The architecture

Why Forge-only matters to the person who signs off the purchase

Our apps run entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform inside your own tenant. There is no third-party backend to trust, audit or breach — which is why our apps qualify for Atlassian's Runs on Atlassian programme.

Hosting
We operate nothingCode runs in Atlassian's managed Forge runtime. No servers, no databases, no networks of ours.
Data flow
No egress permissionsThe apps declare no outbound domains and expose no inbound endpoints, so there is no path off your tenant.
Residency
Inherits your site'sAll in-scope data sits in Forge hosted storage, so it is shown to admins as PINNED and migrates when you move.
Breach surface
No vendor-side copyWe keep no copy of your data and have no API to read it — which also means we cannot restore it.

What we do not claim

Nirama Solutions holds no third-party security certification and has not commissioned an independent penetration test. Our security case rests on the architecture, least-privilege permissions and disciplined development practice — not on paperwork we do not have. The full posture, including what is missing, is on the security page.

How we work

A small vendor that answers its own email

Support in two business days

Email support@niramasolutions.com and a developer reads it. We aim to reply within two business days, CET business hours.

Fixes ship in minutes

Every customer runs the same deployed version. A corrected version can be built, tested and deployed within minutes — no coordinated upgrade is required of you.

Documentation, not marketing

Every guide is written from the app's shipped behaviour, including its limits and the things it cannot do. Read the docs before you install, not after.

Questions before you install?

Bug reports, feature requests, procurement questions and security reviews all go to the same place, and we answer every message.
